Connecting heritage collections to city locations

Museums are constantly exploring new technologies to open up their collections to a new, larger audience. We enable museums to make their collections available on smartphones by linking them to places in the city and in the exhibition spaces. Visitors navigate interactive tours on their phone and explore new stories that combine photo, video, sound, questions, opinions and more into a new cultural experience.

OUR PRODUCTS
For museums and cultural organisations we have three products with different features to choose from. Which product suits your needs depends on the type of organisation you wish to use 7scenes for.
All our products consist of three elements: 1) an app 2) Scenemaker – our online content management system and 3) a webplatform. More information about these tools can be found on the platform page.
MUSEUMAPP
Want to be part of the first Dutch initiative that bundles mobile tours from different museums together in one app? Here are the benefits:

BRANDED APP
You want to create tours but you wish to have your own app to do so? Then the branded app suits your needs. The advantages:
- Use our core app technology, but customize it with your brand. It’s your app in the AppStore!
- Your content only. It’s your app so only the tours in your channel are displayed. There’s room for additional info on your company or other topics in the app.
- Easy subscription model to publish tours and get access to features. No need to develop if you want more. Need more features? Simply upgrade. Check out the additional feature packages for more info.
- Fast time-to-market. We use out-of-the box technology.
- For now we only support branded iPhone Apps. Android branding coming soon!
CUSTOM PLATFORM
The shared custom platform is a good choice when your organisation covers a lot of other different (cultural) institutions. Provinces, regions or municipalities should look into this option.
